Is it worth transferring?

NAB Rewards transfers to Velocity Frequent Flyer at 3:1, so factor the conversion in when you compare it against other ways to use your points. There's no transfer bonus on this pair at the moment — if you're not in a hurry, it can pay to wait for one.

The golden rule with any points transfer: only do it once you've found award space you can actually book. Transfers are one-way and can take time to land, so converting speculatively risks stranding your points in a program where you can't use them. Search availability first, hold the seat if the program lets you, then transfer the exact amount you need.
